Salt Lake City is planning to add a trail to the south side of the 400 South Viaduct to improve comfort, safety, and accessibility for people walking, biking, and rolling. Part of the trail design includes a public art project, spearheaded by the artist duo Haddad|Drugan, that aims to creatively connect Salt Lake City's East and West sides through art and innovation.
