Dear Cambridge Business Owner, The COVID-19 pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on the economy overall and on small businesses in Cambridge. The City of Cambridge is looking for feedback on your Phase 2 reopening experience, as well as information on whether Cambridge businesses have access to the information they need, if City resources are effectively reaching the business community, and suggestions on how the City and the Community Development Department’s (CDD) Economic Development Division can continue to assist businesses during this challenging time.
