Nominations are reviewed in the order that they are received, with the highest priority given to those that fill out the nomination form as completely as possible. Businesses that are nominated or that submit their information will be contacted within 7 to 10 business days.

Criteria to Partnership:

1. The discount offer must be meaningful and beyond retail.
2. The business must provide us with a direct contact (email minimum). This is needed to ensure we have a proper escalation route in case issues occur if the offer goes live.
3. The business must be willing to sign a contract (12 months) which will become effective on the date first set forth in the agreement. The contract will automatically renew unless either party terminates the agreement.
4. The agreement can be terminated with 90 days’ written notice prior to the expiration of the term.
5. The business must be willing to pay a fee associated with operating costs. The fee starts at $300 and must be paid at the beginning of the primary term, and then yearly thereafter.
6. The business must provide us with content/creative for us to add the offer to the Perks site. The guidelines of what we need will be provided to the business once we receive a signed contract.
7. Once the content/creative is received, it will take approximately 7 business days to update the offer on the site.

Please note that establishing a new offer can take months and depends on the responsiveness of the business. Not all partnerships will materialize, and we reserve the right to determine what is appropriate. Example of businesses we are unable to partner with include but are not limited to:

1. Multi-level marketing groups
2. Individual real estate
3. Insurance and/or other financial professionals
4. Alcohol/tobacco merchants
