By participating in Lean by Design (the “Program”), produced by Sigma Lab Consulting (the “Company”), you consent to the recording, use, and distribution of your voice, image, and performance in any media.

Terms of Agreement:

✅ You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to record, edit, reproduce, distribute, and license your participation.

✅ Your name, biography, and likeness may be used in connection with the Program.

✅ You confirm your content is original and does not infringe on third-party rights. If using copyrighted material, you confirm you have obtained permission.

✅ No monetary compensation will be provided for participation.

✅ The Company is not obligated to publish your participation.
