Ware River Watershed Night Time Hunting Access Permit

Application Instructions:

THERE IS NO FEE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PERMIT

1. Fill out all the required information. Missing or inaccurate information will disqualify you from getting a permit.
2. You must posses a valid Massachusetts Hunting or Sporting license BEFORE you apply. You must use your MassFishHunt Customer ID on the application.
3. Hunting is allowed at night on DCR property in the Ware River Watershed following all applicable MassWildlife Regulations. All hunters must possess a copy of this access permit and also possess a Watershed hunting permit: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/e37bb4f381ab4f029a759bbbbb6d4f5
4. Nighttime access is only permitted for individuals actively hunting species that can be legally pursued after dark as identified by current Division of Fisheries and Wildlife Rules and Regulations: https://www.mass.gov/hunting-regulations
5. All other Massachusetts Fish and Wildlife Regulations and rules apply.
6. This permit is only valid for the calendar year. You must apply and receive a new permit each year.
