I hereby officially submit this complaint as a potential violation of AILA’s Civility Code. I understand:

That the Membership Committee will review and respond as they see appropriate using the least restrictive intervention sufficient to serve the goals of the Civility Code;
That within 5 business days, the Committee will determine whether or not there is sufficient merit to the complaint and notify the accused individual of the nature of the complaint(s) against them (without any details that would reveal the identity of the complainant);
That the individual accused of violating the Rules has 10 business days to respond; and
That as the complainant, you will be notified of the final determination with the understanding that you will be required to keep the determination confidential.
