MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR A CUSTOM ORDER

1. You must order a minimum quantity of 50-100 per type of item, depending on the product category (t-shirts, jackets, hats, etc.). For smaller low-cost products, you must order a minimum quantity of 250 per type of item (notebooks, pens, etc.).

E.g. If you are ordering for your team of 51 (each person receives 1 item), you can proceed with filling out the custom order form.

2. Submit this form at least 4 weeks prior to when you need your items delivered. Your order will be shipped after 4 weeks from the date you submit this form. Please note the lead times below:

• Sourcing items and quoting the cost of items (dependent on complexity): 1-4 working days

• Production after proof approval: 7-10 working days (add 1-5 days for assemblage if needed)

• Ground shipping: 1-5 working days (please add 1-2 weeks if shipping outside of US)

3. Have your payment method finalized (such as a credit card or PO number with funds allocated)
