Board Meeting Public Comment

Palouse Conservation District Board Meetings are the second Tuesday of each month and held in person at Palouse Conservation District, 1615 NE Eastgate Blvd, Suite H, Pullman, WA 99163. Please check palousecd.org for exact time and location. Members of the public are always welcome to participate.

Protocol

Speakers are asked to provide their name and are limited to 3 minutes per comment.

Conduct

Personal attacks, obscene language, derogatory remarks and disruptive behavior such as shouting, booing, clapping, and stomping feet will not be permitted. If a speaker does not comply, the Board may take a recess to restore order. If a disruption to the meeting occurs and order cannot be restored, the Board may proceed to use one of the options provided for in RCW 42.30.050 to ensure orderly continuation of the meeting.
