Self Assessment 2023/2024 - Confidential Client Data Submission Form

This smartsheet form will help to collect the information needed to prepare your self assessment tax return for the year to 5th April 2024 (due by 31st January 2025) H M Revenue & Customs impose deadlines for filing of tax returns. These deadlines differ dependent upon the content and method of filing the return, and also where any tax due is to be collected via PAYE. However, if the statutory filing deadlines cannot be met late filing penalties will be imposed. We need time to prepare your return and deal with any problems that may arise, and to give you sufficient notice of your tax liability for the year, which is payable on 31st January 2025 together with your first payment on account for the succeeding tax year. Please would you let us have the following information as soon as possible, and by 30th September 2024 at the latest, so that your tax return can be prepared without any unnecessary delay
