Conference Cards are a great way for your conference attendees to dine in retail locations. Please enter an amount that you would like to have available for use on the card each day per conference attendee

General Guidelines

A guaranteed number of conference /camp participants must be provided to Tiger Dining five (5) business days prior to the first meal. Initial responses are due by May 1, 2025


All changes must be made by completing an updated reservation request.

  • Notice of cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to first meal. If notice of cancellation is not provided, the camp will be charged for the guaranteed number.
  • The guaranteed number must include anyone connected with the camp that plans to enter The Edge at Central Dining - campers, counselors, trainers, helpers etc. Entry into The Edge at Central Dining without payment is not authorized.

All mealtime requests will be reviewed and confirmed time will sent to the Conference Contact. Breakfast & Dinner mealtimes can be up to 1 hour in length. Lunch meal periods are 30 minutes in length. If you are late for your assigned mealtime, you may be asked to wait to enter the dining room based on the other reservations scheduled.


A minimum of 100 people per meal is required to open The Edge at Central Dining. If minimum is not being met, Tiger Dining will work with your Camp Contact concerning dining options.

  • Alternative dining options such as boxed meals can be ordered from Tiger Catering. Request can be made to catering@auburn.edu


Each participant must have a visible means of identifying the camp/conference he/she is attending. This will assist us in making sure each camp/conference is charged correctly.


Conference Cards with funds:

  • Can be picked up from the Tiger Dining Office (lower level of Central Dining) 3 business days prior to the start of camp/conference.
  • Must be returned within 5 business days of the camp/conference ending
  • A $10 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned cards.

  • Lunch        11:00am - 1:00pm   $11.29 per person
  • Dinner    4:00pm - 6:30pm   $13.29 per person


The Edge at Central Dining is open Monday - Friday for lunch while summer school is in session. Other meal periods are scheduled when 100 participants are scheduled for meals. Tiger Dining will notify any Camp/Conference of any meal periods requested that may not be available.
