VERTICON publication bins are for the display of industry-related magazines (editorial only). VAI Show Management reserves the right to request a sample for review and approval.

• Marketing materials such as:
• Brochures
• Price Lists
• Catalogs

VAI Show Management reserves the right to discard without notice or reject any of the non-permissible items listed above, if found in a publication bin.

PUBLICATION BIN FEES

VERTICON Exhibitors

• One bin at no charge
• Additional bins are $125.00 each, subject to availability

Non-Exhibitors

• $375.00 per each bin
• Non-exhibitors can request up to two bins, subject to availability

MATERIAL HANDLING/DRAYAGE FEES

• Fees for material handling (receipt and delivery) are paid directly to GES
• It is the responsibility of the requester to ship materials to the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
• Shipping instructions are below for GES.

DEADLINES

• Requests must be submitted by December 31st, 2024
