In this section, we'll ask for details about the project.
You will need to evidence this by uploading proof.
You'll need to submit proof. This can be a suitable email, letter, or similar.
The maximum grant amount is however much Local Scouting is contributing to the applicant's costs up to a maximum of £500. You may be offered less than the maximum grant.
If your application is successful, the grant must be paid into a Scouting bank account.
This should take the format of four digits followed by a forward slash followed by nine digits.

Please upload the following:
1. Proof of how much the experience will cost the applicant (before any grants or fundraising is applied).
2. Proof of grant(s) to the applicant from Local Scouting.
3. The budget for the project. This should show all predicted income and expenditure.
4. The approved Visits Abroad Part A form. Part B will be requested later in the process to enable payment of the grant.
5. A bank statement in PDF format dated within the past three months. It should clearly show ALL of the following information and must not be redacted. This is to verify your bank details, not to look at your balance.
• Name of bank or building society
• Name on bank account
• Sort code
• Account number
