The Birmingham Youth Futsal League will be hosting its Spring Divisions March-June 2022. The League will be formed on a first come first served basis based on capacity. By filling out this form you will have expressed an in Interest in your team playing in the Birmingham Youth Futsal Futsal League for the Spring Series. Day: Friday Times: 18:00-21:00 Age Group: U10 Boys U12 Boys, U14 Boys, U12 Girls & U14 Girls. Venue: University of Wolverhampton (Walsall Campus), Broadway, Walsall, WS1 3EZ Registration: £20 per team Match Fee: £25 per team Games every third week.

Please note that the League is independently ran and is not ran by Birmingham FA. It is an expectation that any new team to the League will need to affiliate an extra team with their County FA on their Club record which will cost the Club one new insurance policy per team entered. For Birmingham FA this will be £16 per team. Please have permission from your Club Secretary before filling out this form.
