4. Identify three aspects of knowledge gained during the conference that addresses actionable nutritional strategies, environmental issues, and nutritional differences by racial/ethnic population and their impact on wellness.


5. Describe two ways you can use evidence-based strategies to improve sleep and overall health.


6. Identify two adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and how they may be the root cause of some chronic lifestyle diseases.


7. Explain the hallmarks of aging as related to longevity science.


8. Identify two strategies related to new integrative practices learned that will be incorporated into your holistic/integrative approach.


9. At the end of this conference, self-report your intent to change practice by applying three areas of knowledge/technique gained into the practice setting
