BCSP STS and STSC Group Administration Registration and Update Form
If you are interested in becoming an STS and/or STSC group account manager, please complete the form below. Any company may participate in the program.
Terms Used Within the Form
Company - Company or other organization such as a union or government agency.
Sponsor - Groups may join the Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) and Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) Sponsorship Program. To move up to Sponsor status, you must maintain five or more active or in-process candidates/certificants.
Group account manager (GAM) - Company point of contact. The GAM has the ability to review the status of their employees and pay fees.
Parent organization - Company that oversees and/or owns another company.
Subsidiary organization - Company owned and/or controlled by another company.

Once your group moves to sponsor status, it will appear on BCSP's sponsorship web page. Please type your company's name as you would like it to appear there.
Parent Company Name
If you are a subsidiary organization, please type the name of your parent organization.

Please type the name of the GAM. If you hold certification, the name on this form must match your existing profile.
Customer ID -- GAM's 10 digit customer number

Terms of Agreement
By checking the box below, you are agreeing that all information, including but not limited to applications, examinations, recertification, and related data concerning the credential holder is "Confidential and Proprietary" information. Therefore, this information cannot be duplicated or disclosed to any person who is not an employee of your organization who is not expressly authorized to receive such information. BCSP has the right to request any credential holder information be returned to BCSP.
