Our internship opportunities are only for current San Jose State University students enrolled in an internship course for credit. Complete this form to apply for one of our available internships for the summer, 2025 semester.

If you are not an SJSU student, or not currently in an internship course, you are eligible for a semester-long volunteer placement (rather than internship) in either of these roles. Complete this form and indicate that you are looking for a volunteer placement.

Talent Acquisition Internship

Assist the Talent Acquisition Team with projects related to research, marketing, organizing, and strategic projects. Learn more about Planned Parenthood Mar Monte here.

What You'll Get to Do

Collaborate with the team to support hiring PPMM workforce, from job posting to onboarding.
Enhance employer branding by curating engaging content for social media and websites.
Conduct market research on emerging recruitment trends, tools, and strategies to keep the team ahead of industry standards.
Analyze competitor hiring practices to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Assist in organizing recruitment events such as job fairs, webinars, and open house events.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives by brainstorming and implementing ideas for a more efficient hiring experience.
Receive hands-on mentorship and training to develop a strong foundation in employer branding, events, marketing, and other related projects.

Time commitment:

Summer, 2025 semester (late June to early August, can extend into fall 2025).
Approx. 10 hours/week, 100 – 120 hours over the semester.
2 – 5 hours/week of synchronous, virtual meetings with staff
4 – 8 hours/week doing work on own time.
