All skaters must also bring a backup copy of the music to the event

This form must be completed by 4th March 2024 at 12 noon

Programme (if relevant - Short/Free)

eg. John Smith Basic Novice Short

Ann Smith Senior Women Free

Music must be uploaded in MP3 format
