There are formal subject requirements for entry into the undergraduate programs. You must possess any ONE of the following:


​For High School Seniors

Personal essay, and a critical thinking test are done online. Also, submit proof any one of the following:

1) Four (4) CXC subjects incl English Language in grades 1, 2 & 3, or

2) SAT score 1000 or higher, or

3) GED score 150 or higher on each of the test (minimum cumulative grade of 600), or

4) GCE O' Level subjects incl English Language in A, B & C Grades


For Mature Students

Personal essay, and a critical thinking test done are online. Also, submit proof of the following:

1) Three CXC/CSEC subjects incl English Language, and

2) Three years work experience

SECTION 2 | Fees And Refund Agreement

A) Fees


1A) The Application Fee is US$30; AND the Holding Fee is US$250.


2A) You will find program information, annual tuition, and the financing information for the program here: https://www.aimuniversitygroup.org/programs--all-subjects .



B) Terms Of Refund


Refund Information | Note that all refund requests must be submitted directly to the AIM University Group. Current students may contact the Students' iHelpDesk and prospective students will email enroll@aimuniversitygroup.org for assistance or information.


The Refund/Withdrawal Policy specifies that:


1B) The Admission Application Fee and the Holding Fee are non-refundable and non-transferable.


2B) Tuition paid by the student includes the Holding Fee.


3B) The Annual Tuition is the cost of the program for one academic/college year, and refund is calculated on the published annual fees and not on the amount you paid based on part-payments and financing..


4B) Refund is calculated from the actual program start date, and not your personal late entry date.



C) Refund Approvals | Refund Amount And The Request Submission Deadlines


1C) Two weeks before the start of the semester and up to the end of week one, 90% of the annual tuition for your program (less the holding fee) is refundable.


2C) In week two of the semester, 50% of the annual tuition (less the holding fee) is refundable.


3C) At the start of week three of the semester, 0% of the annual tuition is refundable.
