Application

This is an overview of the process to apply for a financial aid award for our Youth & Teen Programs course. Please read through our guidelines and gather the required documents before you begin.

Financial Aid is given on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited by available funds and course availability.

Each student is eligible for one award every 12 months, covering the fee for one course. Some courses may require additional supply purchases or require access to a computer with a high-speed internet connection and a headset and webcam. Please check the course page for details.
Applicants will need to rank three courses they would like to take and will be offered their first available choice.
Applications are reviewed weekly until funds are exhausted.
Proof of financial need (Free/Reduced Lunch eligibility or 2024 1040 tax form) is required. (See eligibility information here.)
Parents/guardians will be notified of decisions within 14 business days, and awardees must confirm their spot in the course within 48 hours of receiving the award email.
