Off-Cycle Emergency Check Request

Department liaisons may submit this form to request a paycheck be issued outside of the normal payroll schedule.


IMPORTANT: After authorized paperwork has been received in good order, payment will be issued in accordance with the payroll schedule.


When paychecks cannot be produced through the established biweekly and/or monthly cycle, it adds an estimated $75 per off‐cycle check in additional costs to the Payroll Department. Off‐cycle paycheck requests are intended to be a one‐time occurrence. Remedial action is expected to avoid repeated requests for an off‐cycle paycheck. Off-Cycle Standard Operating Procedures
