"Navigating the Third Horizon – AGI, Hybrid Workforce, Digital Twins, and Cybersecurity Futures"

The SIM Research Institute seeks dynamic and relevant content that would engage the SIM community at TechExec 2024. If selected, presentations will take place on either Tuesday, November 19, or Wednesday, November 20. You must be able to present on either of these days. We cannot guarantee a date or time for the presentation at this moment as this will be confirmed closer to the conference date. Please note that these are unpaid speaking engagements.

Submission Guidelines:

For each topic area, we request the following in your proposals:

  1. Abstract: A concise, less than 300-word description of your presentation's scope, exploring its alignment with the respective topic and the overarching theme of the third horizon.
  2. Objective: Clearly articulate your talk's insights and contributions to IT and the broader societal landscape.
  3. Structure: Provide an organized outline of your key talking points and the narrative flow of your presentation.
  4. Expected Outcomes: Share what the audience will gain, how your talk will influence the field and the potential for tangible societal or technological impacts.
  5. Speaker credentials: Provide links to examples of prior presentations on the topic, reference materials, and videos, along with a brief bio.

Deadline to submit is July 19, 2024. Selections will be made in early August 2024. If selected, you will receive an email from LMartinez@simnet.org in mid-August.

If your company sells services to technology leaders or is a staffing company, you must be a sponsor to present. Contact Debbie Peterson for more details.
