The Mississippi State University Athletic Department receives many requests for memorabilia, tickets, signed items, and equipment each year. The requesting organization must provide any item to be autographed (ball, helmet, bat, etc.). For complementary ticket requests, we advise the tickets be purchased by a third party and given to your organization. Forms must be submitted no less than four weeks prior to any event for which the item is being requested.

Please know that all requests are given serious consideration; however, due to the high volume of requests the following guidelines must be followed. Requests for items are limited to non-profit organizations.

Requests related to the following are ineligible to receive donations:

• Due to NCAA regulations, we are unable to fulfill requests that would benefit students in grades 9-12. This includes all high school auctions and events.
• Requests for operating expenses and other monetary donations.
• Individuals or individual pursuits, labor or political groups.
• Business award and incentive programs (for profit).

The Mississippi State Athletic Department cannot assist in obtaining memorabilia or autographs from former and current student-athletes.

Application Process

1. Please fill out the Autographed Items Request Form in its entirety.
2. You must attach a description of the event and/or organization you are working with or benefiting.
3. You must provide the item if you wish one to be signed.

Incomplete requests lacking the necessary documentation will not be considered. Your organization will be notified if your request has been approved. Please do not contact coaches directly.
