This registration includes: Neighborhood Associations, Homeowner Assiocations, Condo Associations, Civic Associations, Apartment Complexes, Mobile Home Associations, and Citywide Associations & Coalitions


Registered neighborhood associations receive important benefits such as:

  • timely updates
  • notices of proposed development
  • involvement in neighborhood programs and projects
  • assistance in resolving neighborhood issues when possible
  • neighborhood grants
  • and more


Registration renewal notices will be sent by email to the contact email we have on file each year.


Please be aware that all information provided in this application is collected in a registry and is subject to public disclosure through the Florida public records laws.


If the information submitted changes prior to the next official date to register, it is the association’s responsibility to submit an update to the City of Clearwater.
