Project Manager

•    Facilitates and guides the project team with support of the Project Lead

•    Develops a project charter and project plan (tasks, deliverables, milestones, timeline, etc.) from project team input and maintains adherence to both the charter and plan.


Project Coordinator

•    May assist the Project Lead in helping facilitate and guide the project team meetings

•    May support the Project Lead in his/her development of any necessary project artifacts, e.g. project charter, project plan


Project Admin

•    Assists Project Lead with project documentation.

•    Under direction of Project Lead, schedules project team meetings and other meetings as need arises.

•    Comms team develops most comms w/ input and approval from project team - several different comms channels and approaches necessary

•    Comms team attends ALL project mtgs

•    Comms may include: comms plan, complex webpage (user guides, timeline, FAQs) w/ regular updates, regular comms to multiple audiences (IT, students, faculty/staff), info sessions/presentations, asset development (posters, digital signs, etc.)
