Portfolio Entry Application Form

Non-Current Year 12 Applicants who do not have an adequate formal education but have informal learning or relevant work experience can submit the portfolio form and additional information for alternative entry consideration into one of the programs offered by the Macquarie University College.
Criteria
To be considered you will need to meet all of the following criteria:
- you are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, Australian Permanent Humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen, and
- you have not previously enrolled in a diploma/undergraduate certificate/degree at a higher education provider, and
- you have some informal learning, training and/or relevant work experience
Important Notes
Before filling out this form you should do the following:
- you must submit a UAC undergraduate application listing your preferred Macquarie University College program as a preference
- you must prepare a personal statement
- you must prepare a resume/CV and include referee information
- prepare employment letters
- you must submit the portfolio form by relevant course application closing dates published on UAC website
