Interviews allow for a more personal connection between mentors and mentees. Virtual interviews enable the Mentorship Support Team to better gauge mentor and mentee personalities, communication styles, and overall compatibility.

Traditional (1:1) Mentorship - an experienced individual (mentor) guides and supports a less-experienced individual (mentee) on a one-on-one basis

Group Mentorship - one mentor works with a small group of mentees

Peer Mentorship - a reciprocal relationship where individuals with similar levels of experience provide guidance and support to each other

Reverse Mentorship - a less-experienced individual providing mentorship to a more experienced person, often in areas where the less-experienced individual has expertise, such as technology or social media
