AME Roundup 2019 Poster Session Application

Application Deadline: December 7, 2018

All posters will be on display for Monday January 28, 2019 ONLY

Winning student posters will be on display for the remaining 3 days of the conference.

The Roundup Poster Session is for technical presentations highlighting recent geoscience and mineral exploration research or mineral exploration innovation. Posters submitted will be selected by the poster organizing committee. Only high quality submissions that are of a standard typical of other national and international meetings will be considered.

Company posters that advertise properties will not be considered, however, poster submissions from companies that have universal appeal and/or technical merit are encouraged.

Please note: Space is limited and no-shows may not be eligible for future Roundup Poster Session submissions.

The Poster Session Reception and Student Presentations will take place Monday January 28 from 4PM to 6PM. Authors are expected to be at their posters.

No Roundup Conference passes are provided for Poster Session participants. If accepted, all participants must purchase either a Roundup Full Delegate or Exhibit Hall pass.

Abstract Word Limit: 250 words

Note: Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral students are eligible for the Roundup Student Poster Prizes. To be considered for the poster prize, students are required to submit their poster, in Adobe PDF format via Dropbox to to by Friday, January 4, 2019.

Prize amounts: $600 for first prize, $400 for second prize and $200 for third prize.
