HAFP 2025 Annual Update Evaluation

Continuing Education Certificates will be awarded based on the participant attending the activity, completing this evaluation, and attestation of sessions attended. A Continuing Education Certificate will be emailed to the address documented in this evaluation approximately one week after the evaluation closes on March 7th , 2025.

Accreditation Statement

The AAFP has reviewed HAFP 2025 Annual Update and deemed it acceptable for up to 14.50 Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is from 02/07/2025 to 02/09/2025. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.


AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.
