VenueConnect 2025 Volunteer Application

VenueConnect 2025: New Orleans, LA | July 28 - 31, 2025

Application Criteria:

The VC2025 volunteer application is open to students and young professionals who will be at least 21 years of age by July 28, 2025.
Membership in IAVM is encouraged, but not a requirement to volunteer.
Applicants must be willing to support IAVM Foundation and IAVM staff onsite with various tasks (registration, meeting logistics, fundraising support, event support, etc.)
Volunteers will be working a minimum of eight hours each day (actual hours will vary) during the conference.
All volunteers receive complimentary registration which includes access to a variety of educational sessions, networking events, and meals.
Volunteers will also receive up to 5 nights complimentary in the hotel block and up to a $200 travel stipend.
