Hart Plaza Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in booking Hart Plaza and thank you to all of our returning promoters that continue to bring fun, innovative and creative recreation opportunities to Hart Plaza.
Booking Requirements
All event bookings require a deposit to secure your date and receive an event summary.
Deposit Fee:
$2500 for returning promoters.
$10,000 for new promoters.
Final Payment
All final event payments are due within 60 days of the event. If there are any unforeseen circumstances that arise that prevent your event from occurring, we will refund your payment. Final payments must be received to begin event load in and set up.
Annual Vendor Recruitment Fairs
The City of Detroit has a strong focus on equity and opportunity for Detroiters. As a result, the General Services Department will host annual recruitment fairs in the month of February to connect local food and dry vendors to opportunities, information and resources. While these outreaches are not mandatory for Hart Plaza Promoters, we humbly request that all promoters are present at the vendor recruitment fairs to staff a resource table to connect with local vendors. This ensures that our division is fair, accessible and open to maintaining and enhancing equitable opportunities for Detroiters.
