Please provide a digital copy of the artwork in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format. When capturing images of artwork with your smartphone, make sure to choose the highest resolution setting and utilize proper lighting to achieve optimal results. Low resolution or poor quality image submissions are likely to be rejected.

1. These terms and conditions are the Contest Rules (“Rules”) and apply to ASD Specialty Healthcare, LLC competition to create artwork for its 2026 calendar (“Contest”). The “Contest Sponsor” is ASD Specialty Healthcare, LLC. “Entrant” is the child entering the Contest.

2. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest or win a prize.

3. All Contest entry forms must be signed by the Entrant’s parent/legal guardian by clicking below and submitting an entry granting permission for their children’s artwork and first name to be put online and/or printed in the calendar. By clicking the below and submitting an entry form electronically, you agree on behalf of yourself and the Entrant to these terms and conditions and the Rules.

4. Submissions will not be returned or acknowledged. The Contest Sponsor shall have no liability for any submission that is lost, intercepted, or not received by Contest Sponsor for any reason.

5. The Entrant grants the Contest Sponsor the right to use and publish any submitted artwork at Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion. In turn, Entrant still retains the rights to use and publish their artwork.

6. Any personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with the Contest Sponsor’s privacy practices and with the consent given by Entrant’s parent/ legal guardian at the time of entry. The Contest Sponsor will use the personal information collected for this Contest to identify the winners and, with permission, announce the winners. The Contest Sponsor collects your personal information for the purposes of registration, administering the Contest and selecting the winners of the Contest.

7. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, amend, modify or terminate the Contest or the rules at any time in its sole discretion and without notice.

8. Entrants and their parent/legal guardian must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the Contest.

9. Winners will receive the announced prizes of the campaign. The specifics of the prizes shall be solely determined by the Contest Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The prize is nontransferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
