Oregon Coronavirus Update - COVID-19 vaccine for kids ages 5 to 11

Are you a parent/caregiver/guardian hesitant about vaccinating your 5-11 year old? Is there any information about the COVID-19 vaccines and children that you’d like to be able to easily access? What is most concerning to you about vaccinating your 5-11 year old? To continue to help promote the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine, Oregon Health Authority is asking you to share your feedback on what type of information you are looking for regarding COVID-19 vaccines for 5 to 11-year olds. To submit your information, fill out the form below and tell us a little bit about you, your family, if you plan to vaccinate the children in your care, what concerns you have, what questions you have, what information you’d like to see more about. Submissions could be shared on OHA’s website, newsletters and/or social media channels. Please do not share sensitive personal health information that you prefer to keep private in your comments.
