If your request seeks to get copy of your record, to delete, and / or to correct any information, we may require you to provide the last four digits of your social security number so we may verify your identity. Requests to opt-out of sales or sharing or limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information do not require verification. If you are a third party making a request on behalf of a Consumer, please complete and sign a Third Party Authorization Form found here and return to CCPA@citadelservicing.com. Depending on the nature of your request, we may contact you for additional information. We do not sell your information.
