INSTRUCTIONS:

This effort is designed to gather information about the number of career pathway participants and completers in your ICT or Health* pathway at your school for the 2022-23 graduating class. It asks for three key pieces of information (disaggregated by Race / Ethnicity, Gender, and SES) for each high school and pathway in your school district:

1. Total Graduating Cohort - The number of students graduating from your school from the class of 2023. This may include students from the class of 2022 who graduated in 2023.
2. Total Pathway Participants - Of students from the 2023 graduating cohort, the number of students who enrolled in any ICT or Health* pathway class at any point in their high school career.
3. Total Completers - Of those in the 2023 graduating cohort, the number of students who completed your ICT or Health* pathway with a grade of C minus or better OR Pass in the capstone course(s).
