Poster Submissions

Poster Presentations are open to researchers and biotech companies to showcase your non-confidential breakthroughs and innovations.


Instructions:

Complete this form AND attach your abstract. Include your NIH Biosketch (If applicable). Submissions will be reviewed by the BioVenture Committee.


Maximum number of posters have been established. Be sure to submit early to avoid disappointment. Submission does not guarantee approval or acceptance by the Committee.


Submission Deadline: September 6, 2024

Limited number of posters will be accepted. Submit early to ensure acceptance.


Poster size is 36"x48" (portrait/landscape your option) in quad-style format


Poster Session Start at 2pm. Please have at least one presenter on site no later than 1:30pm

Posters Presentations provide both researchers and biotech companies an opportunity to showcase your non-confidential breakthroughs, innovations, or technology behind a product.

Additional Poster Presenters

There will be 2 Poster Presentation sessions: 2pm to kick-off the event and at 4:30. Be sure to register any alternate presenters.

Only complete if someone other than yourself will be the primary contact for presenting at the poster sessions.
