Short-Term Rental Community Listening Survey

As the Town begins to evaluate Short-Term Rental regulations this year, we want to hear from you. If you're seeing this event page, we want to hear from you! We're looking for feedback from property owners, renters, property management companies, homeowners associations, and anyone with an interest in the Town of Keystone.


All sessions will follow the same format and can be attended virtually or in person.


Sessions will begin with a brief overview of year 1 of Short-Term Rental licensing and enforcement implementation, and then will provide a public comment period.


Meeting Dates: 

Thursday, April 17th, 2025: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, April 29th, 2025: 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Monday, May 5th, 2025: 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Wednesday, May 14th, 2025: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.


Additionally, we have created this survey form for you to provide written comments, if you are unable to attend any of the above listed meetings.
