WorkSource has partnered with the Department of Commerce to provide pre- and post-release wrap around transitional services with a focus on workforce development through peer support to justice-involved individuals in the PacMtn Region and releasing from Justice Institutions. The primary case management focus is on a holistic scope of services, as opposed to the number of participants served. The goal of the project is to allocate funding to connect each individual participant through case management to as many services as possible, including barrier removal, for a smooth transition with lasting stability.
