This service is ONLY available to those moving from G7.5 or older to a current version, doing a server migration, or both. If you are on version G7.6 or higher please use the link below for help turning on auto upgrades. If you don't want to turn on auto upgrades, please call in when you are ready to upgrade.

A technician from our install team will follow up within 1 business day to confirm your appointment and set expectations for the upgrade process. The minimum appointment time requires 48 hour notice.
You can find your Customer Id in any Dentrix module by clicking Help > About Dentrix.

Please enter two potential dates for your upgrade. Our install team will call you to confirm if your date is available and discuss the time frame it will start and the approximate length. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive a call from our install team.
Saturday appointments are available on a limited basis.
