Please let us know if this is a new assembly for Accu-sembly, a repeat of what we have done before for you, or a change has been made to it since last time.*
Would you like a budgetary or more accurate quote?*

Accurate quotes take a little more time due to trying to find the best price and lead times for each component.

Budgetary quotes will be faster and use estimated pricing and lead times.

Prototype quotes may have additional charges due to minimum buys.

Will you be providing any/all components?*

Please select if you are requesting a consignment, partial turnkey, full turnkey quotation.

Partial Turnkey - Please ensure your bill of materials clearly specifies which components you will provide, and which components are to be turnkey quoted.

Is Accu-Sembly allowed to use equivalent parts made by different manufacturers if BOM specified components are not readily available?

Do you require any functional testing prior to shipment?*

If yes, please provide a test procedure if known.

Please provide a test procedure and estimated test time if known. Please note, you will need to provide test equipment and training if not previously provided.

Do you require conformal coating to be applied prior to shipment?*

Please provide masking instructions for both sides of the pcb, as well as what specific coating material you would like us to use.

Do you need any special packaging?

Please select all quantity breaks you would like to have pricing and lead time.

How would you like your shipments to be scheduled?*

Please enter a target due date.

Please enter the target date for first (if multiple) ship date.

Please provide any additional information not shared above. Include any special requests, instructions, etc we need to accurately quote your assembly.

SECURITY NOTE - If your company uses a portal system for secure documents, please just add a comment in the "Additional Information" stating documents will be sent that way.

Please attach files for this RFQ. If this is a repeat request and Accu-Sembly already has these files on hand, you are not required to resend your files.


Please resend documents if changes have been made since last quoted/built.


Required:

  • Bill of Materials
  • Excel or CSV preferred.
  • If Turnkey (Full/Partial) include MFR PN#, MFR, Description, Quantity/board, Ref Designators, any alternate parts you have already approved for use.
  • PCB Gerber Files
  • PCB Fabrication File


If Available: (Note - if these are not provided, Accu-Sembly will use industry standard practice for requirements.)

  • Assembly Drawing
  • Production Notes, requests, instructions, SOW, SOP, etc.


Each individual file size must be less than 30MB. You can upload up to 250MB total.


NOTE: If your company has security protocols which prevent you from attaching files, please provide information in the "Additional Information" field above for how we may receive your data files.
