POLICY AGREEMENT

ADVERTISER understands and agrees to the following Tampa Bay’s Morning Blend policies below: Guest Sheet Policy If Tampa Bay’s Morning Blend does not receive a guest sheet within 3 business days prior to Tampa Bay’s Morning Blend taping date, post-show taping or on-location taping, the segment or taping will automatically be rescheduled to a later date. Cancellation Policy Any rescheduling of a segment needs to be made five business days prior to segment date. If a cancellation occurs after this timeframe it may be subject to a fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of airdate you will be billed half the rate of your segment. No Show Policy If you do not appear Tampa Bay’s Morning Blend on your scheduled in-studio segment date, you will be considered a no show and will be charged the full segment cost. The same policy applies to post show tapings and on-location shoots. Note: We will not reschedule the segment or provide refund. Rights and Clearance Advertiser and Agency, jointly and severally, represent, warrant, and covenant that the advertising supplied to Station, including any music contained therein, is rights-cleared for exhibition, distribution, performance, and/or retransmission by broadcast television, including on a mobile DTV (ATSC M/H or successor standard) basis, and by any multichannel video programming distributor or any other video delivery system, including, but not limited to, streaming over the Internet or distribution on a TV-Everywhere-type and/or OTT basis, whether on a linear, video-on-demand, start-over, or look-back basis The terms of this agreement shall commence with acknowledgment below and are applicable to any paid appearance.
