Leeds Conservatoire Library Music

You are about to complete the below form in order to submit a musical work to the LCoM Library Music database.


Before doing so make sure you read through the blurb fully. Although we are ultimately here to promote the great work of our LCoM student body, this is a contract, and it is important that you understand what it means.

PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONE TRACK AT A TIME


Any works utilised, will be done so alongside promotional materials produced by or for Leeds Conservatoire in video form across multiple platforms. We do not guarantee use of any submission. If your work is used you will be notified, fully credited and paid the agreed fee. Our minimum payment per track use is £30. In order for us to use any submitted works, we require full permission to do so from the composer. Below you will find a link to a legal document. Please read this very carefully. By ticking the affiliated box you agree to the detail outlined in the document, which is legally binding IF we choose to utilise any work submitted.


You can use this form to submit works for consideration for our commercial platform with MediaTracks. If music is deemed suitable for this platform, we will be in touch to discuss further requirements.


Please only submit a single track at a time. Only include multiple attachments if you have several versions of the same work i.e. one with vocals, and one without. All tracks should be submitted as MP3's.

Synchronisation License Agreement

In non legal speak, this is the section where you agree to grant Leeds Conservatoire use of your submitted work/s. Please follow the link to the Synchronisation License Agreement and read carefully prior to ticking the below box. This has been written up by a solicitor and is of an industry standard.
