Submit your child's Pouch Cooler design for a chance to have it made into a limited-edition Pouch Cooler!

Print it out and have your child color, draw, paint, etc. their design on the template. Please be sure they design both the front (left) and the back (right).
Take a photo of or scan the finished design.
Fill out the form below, uploading the design when prompted.

*NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, AND IT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU HAVE NOT WON YET. The Promotion is open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 18+ years of age or older as of September 16, 2024 and who are the parent or legal guardian of a Minor. Each Design must be prepared by a Minor who will not turn 18 before October 11, 2024. Details and qualifications for participation in this promotion may apply. See Official Rules for full details.

How to Enter: Beginning on September 16, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time through September 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time (the “Promotion Period”), follow the on-screen entry instructions below, and provide all requested information and upload the Design. When submitting Design, also include the Minor’s name and date of birth. The Promoter will destroy this information about each Minor, other than the Minor that created the Promotion Design, after the final Promotion Design has been selected and the Principal submitting that Promotion Design has completed all acceptance steps and provided the signed and notarized License.

Compensation for the Winning Design: One (1) winner will receive compensation, valued at $120:

(i) Two (2) Pouch Coolers bearing the Winning Design, and

(ii) A 24-pack of Once Upon a Farm refrigerated pouches and bars.

The total estimated value of this Compensation is $120. The odds of any Design being selected as the Promotion Design depends on the number of eligible Designs submitted during the Promotion Period; only one Design will be selected as the Promotion Design. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the Compensation is the sole responsibility of the Principal to receive such Compensation.
