SPAA Feedback Survey
The SPAA exists to tackle the biggest regulatory, legislative and commercial challenges facing the travel industry and are not afraid to proactively fight the corner of our members whether the issue is APD, consumer protection legislation or bringing our pandemic recovery position to Holyrood and Westminster.
The SPAA represents the interests of Scotland’s major independent and Corporate Business Travel Management Companies as well as both Independent and Multiple Leisure Travel Agents and homeworkers.
Our Association works pro-actively with our Associate Members, who are our industry Principals, to address the issues and meet the challenges of the constantly changing travel marketplace. Our aims are therefore to protect the interests of our members and mutual clients throughout the UK and beyond by providing networking opportunities, education with new products to market as well as helping in solving any issues.
SPAA continually reviews its annual calendar and variety of events to ensure that members and Associates get
the most out of their membership and we are therefore asking for your help in giving us some valid feedback
