Public Comments for ARM, and DRC Meetings

For your convenience, citizens wishing to provide input for any scheduled ARM or DRC meeting may submit their comments using the form below. The deadline for submitting comments is 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled meeting. This allows adequate time for comments to be made part of the project file and considered carefully by all those reviewing the project. Comments submitted after the 5:00 p.m. deadline but prior to the meeting will be added to the official records for the project, but the County cannot guarantee that ARM staff or DRC committee members will have adequate time to read comments prior to the meeting. Please ensure that all required information fields on the comment form are completed prior to submitting. Comments on the project will be forwarded to the Project Coordinator listed on the meeting agenda for the specific agenda item. **Any item above with an asterisk following the label is required for submittal of public comments.**

Please note that under Florida's Public Records laws, most written communications to or from County staff or officials regarding County business are public records available to the public and media upon request. Your submission may therefore be subject to public disclosure.
