This questionnaire is designed to collect details regarding key contacts at the university, specifically the aviation faculty (for scholarship-related matters), MBA/Finance faculty (for ISTAT U purposes), and the coordinator of youth programs/aviation student society (for grants program purposes).

After submission, the university will undergo a review by the committee chairs for approval. Upon approval, the university will receive notification and be added to the email distribution list for program communications.
