Exterior Access Request

All exterior access buildings on the WSU Tri-Cities campus will be via electronic access cards. Previously issued hard keys will no longer function, and new hard keys will be issued only to those positions responsible for general campus emergency response.

Operating hours for most buildings are M-F 7AM-10PM, Sat 8:30AM-4PM. These hours should accommodate most access needs. If an individual needs access outside of these hours, please request the necessary access using the form below. The minimum hours required should be requested. For temporary access related to events and/or projects, include an end date for the access. Temporary access requests should be limited to a maximum of 90 days.

All requests will be reviewed based on criteria described in the "Access to Facilities" policy. Please note that not all requests will be approved.
