This form may be used by RAs to request entitlement to be set-aside for the Unprocessed Fruit and Vegetable Pilot. Amounts are entered into WBSCM as 'adjustments' and deducted from the Begginning Entitlement Balance for school year 2025-26.

These dollar amounts may not be processed in WBSCM by the time you enter direct delivery and/or diversion orders in WBSCM, so plan for the amounts to be deducted from entitlement and do not spend the set-aside requested. ODE notifies the RAs by email once the request is approved.

Best practice is to place your WBSCM orders, check your entitlement balance and then request to transfer balance to USDA DoD Fresh and/or UFVP.
