Additionally, any group hosting participants under the age of 18 years must provide written acknowledgement of the Minors on Campus Policy at the University of West Georgia and maintain records verifying the completion of background checks for all staff members associated with the camp/conference/event. We are unable to accommodate any group that arrives to campus without any of these documents.
