Thank you for registering to renew your WAC certification. We launched a new format last spring which was well received by faculty and are excited about trying it again year: instead of a full-day mini retreat that attempts to cover all of WAC pedagogy, we’ll meet from 10:00am to 3:00pm to share our favorite WAC strategies in a faculty showcase. Each faculty member seeking recertification will have 10-12 minutes to describe or demonstrate a teaching idea in one of the WAC topics below, essentially a faculty Show-and-Tell. (Faculty seeking certification for the first time will attend an earlier session in addition to this showcase of ideas.) Please check off the areas below in which you are willing to present, and elaborate your preference(s) in the text box.
