2025 Taco Fest Art Vendor Application

We are primarily looking for art vendors who sell works of art that they make by hand or design. Participation is not guaranteed. We will let you know if your application is accepted or not by April 21, 2025 or before.
Cost: $100 for a 10x10 space. A few 10x20 spaces are available upon request for $200
Load-In Time: 8AM unless otherwise negotiated in advance
Load-Out Time: 7PM
No items can be delivered or setup the day before. No item can be removed the day after. You must be ready to setup quickly and remove all items quickly.
You must provide your own tent and be able to safely secure it against wind & rain.
You are required to supply your own payment processing.
As required by law, each art vendor is responsible for collecting and turning in county and city taxes, regardless of if you pay your taxes online monthly. We will provide you tax envelopes at the beginning of the event and collect them at the end of the event.
If your art vendor application is accepted by the Taco Fest Planning Committee we will send you an email link with payment information.
